Technically, one of the most significant advantages is the reduction in moulding stresses achieved by using DCMS®.
The production cycle is significantly shorter than that of Compression Moulding and after ten years of production, no porosity or inclusions have been found in our parts.
Caltrex® PEEK semi-finished tubes are currently available from 60mm up to 360mm Outside Diameter with various Inside Diameters, thus allowing for Near-net-Shape.
