World Advanced Simulation Training Systems from Chengdu Appear at OTC 2013
Chengdu Esimtech Petroleum Equipment Simulation Technology Exploitation Co. Ltd. brings its advanced simulation training systems to the 2013 OTC exhibition—DS series drilling simulation training system and WS series down hole operation simulation training system.
Chengdu Esimtech DS series drilling simulation training system is built in modular structur. This system is based on advaced computer controlling, simulating, graphic and network technology combing with strict simulation of real drilling engineering process, which provides 23 training exercises as tripping, drilling, well controlling, accident handlig and so on. The system is used to train drillers and technical staff working on both onshore and offshore drillig platforms.
WS series down hole operation simulation training system imitates real field devices. The systme provides 6 caegories, totally 35 training projects, such as well killing, shutting in, etc. It is mainly used for operating training for oilfield down hole technical staff.

This system provides training projects from primary to senior for trainees. The movie class display system and its sound modelling capacity makes trainees feel as if operating the real equipment, and personally at the scene.

DS drilling simulation training system is made up of driller console, top drive console, BO console, remote console, manifold system and supportive software.

Details:
Down hole operation simulator imitates real field devices, which means layout of controlling panel, method of operating, way of parameter display are almost identical with operation site.
Through using synchronous 3D projection and lifelike environment sound, the systems produce visual effects that are very similar to real sites, and make people feel personally at the scene.
The system provides 6 categories, 35 training exercise in total, such as well killing, shutting in, etc.
