DoxSteel, LLC
Profile
DOX STEEL treatment, which consists of spreading an alloy of nickel-cobalt thru electro-deposit creates a new material highly resistant to corrosion. Inter-diffused into the base metal, DOX STEEL creates a covalent bonding with base metal of only ¾ of a thousand of an inch.

DOX STEEL the NEW anti-corrosion carbon steel treatment technology for fasteners
With more than 10 years of experience on the field, installed and outperforming traditional materials in highly corrosive environments, DOX STEEL offers a proven solution.
DOX STEEL carbon steel treatment thru electro-deposit creates a new material highly resistant to corrosion. Inter-diffused into the base metal, DOX STEEL creates a covalent bonding with base metal of only ¾ of a thousand of an inch. Inter diffusion is perfectly even in all base metal surface improving corrosion protection as well as providing exceptional low friction properties.
DOX STEEL compares and exceeds corrosion properties of the super alloys such as INCONEL 625, HASTELLOY and other special stainless steels.
Since DOX STEEL Technology is applied at ambient temperature, the substrate base metal is not affected compared with other high heat treatment coatings.
DOX STEEL has extraordinary electrical conductive properties, as well as exceptional heat diffusion.
DOX STEEL Has a high hydrogen overpotential, therefore it forms a noble galvanic corrosion when in contact with other metals.
DOX STEEL the new and breakthrough revolutionary technology that will change the world of corrosion treatment metals going forward…

Name: DOX Fasteners
Description: DOX fasteners are manufactured using carbon steel thru a proprietary electroplating process to inter-diffuse a Nickel-Cobalt alloy into the substrate at room temperature
Details:
DOX-Steel is a nickel-cobalt alloy that is inter-diffused through electro-deposit processes in different carbon steel substrates. DOX-Steel creates a covalent bond with the base metal of only ¾ thousandth of an inch. Interdiffusion is perfectly even in all base metal surfaces.
The result is a coating that has a tremendous capacity to resist highly corrosive environments at extremely high and low temperatures.
