The tools offer between 1 and 9 tons of aligning force and are applicable for small, low pressure, through to large diameter flanges. We design and build spreading wedges offering between 9 and 25 tons of spreading force. These can be used on virtually all ANSI, DIN, SPO, ASME, API and BS flanges and they deliver a safe, efficient and highly cost effective means of spreading wedges. The tools can work on flanges with zero gaps between them, on those with spacers, spectacles or butterfly valves or those with small gaps (0.0787" to 0.236").

This is a simple light-weight hydraulic tool used to pull together flanges prior to the application of bolts. It can pull flanges from a distance of 23.62" (600mm) down to 0" with a force of 20T (200kN) when used as recommended, in pairs. Any number of FC10TE tools can be used simultaneously to provide greater pulling loads.
