Fibergrate® molded grating is manufactured in an open mold process by alternating layers of continuous glass roving and thoroughly wetting with resin (30% glass:70% resin) systematically in the mold. The result is a one-piece high strength, corrosion resistant molded grating panel. Fibergrate offers the widest selection of molded gratings with multiple resin options and grating configurations, available in many panel sizes, and with either meniscus or integrally applied grit top, slip resistant surfaces.
