Grup Servicii Petroliere (GSP) is a Romanian company providing offshore integrated services for oil&gas industry

The company, established in 2004, is a member of UPETROM Group.

GRUP SERVICII PETROLIERE – GSP - performs offshore integrated services for oil&gas industry. GSP is a member of UPETROM GROUP, a company with 100% private share capital. GSP owns and operates five offshore drilling rigs: GSP Saturn, GSP Jupiter, GSP Orizont, GSP Atlas and GSP Prometeu. GSP also operates ten multifunctional vessels, one MEDEVAC vessel and two floating cranes. GSP has engaged its five offshore drilling rigs in an extensive modernization process[2]. The GSP QHSE Management System has been audited and certified as complying with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISM Code requirements by Germanischer Lloyd. In 2006, GSP has integrated the SAP application. GSP is a member of the International Association of Drilling Contractors, IADC[3]. The companies within UPETROM GROUP have activities in onshore and offshore drilling, oilfield equipment production, as well as in the tourism sector. UPETROM GROUP has more than 4000 employees and is operating worldwide with representative offices in many countries.

Drilling

The company performs drilling activities throughout its five drilling rigs: GSP Atlas, GSP GSP Prometeu, GSP Saturn[4][5], GSP Orizont and GSP Jupiter[6]. All GSP jack-up rigs are cantilever type.
