Hyduke Energy Services Inc. Expands into USA
Nisku, December 15, 2011 - Hyduke Energy Services Inc. (“Hyduke”) (TSX:HYD), is pleased to announce that is has incorporated a US operating division, Hyduke Energy Services US Inc., based in Houston TX.
The US division will initially serve to complement Hyduke’s Canadian manufacturing capacity, with the opening of a fabrication facility near the Port of Houston, in early 2012. Hiring of staff and manufacturing activities are expected to commence in January.
Gordon McCormack, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, “We are very pleased to take this step to not only increase our manufacturing capacity, but to establish a base of operations in the US. Beyond manufacturing, our Houston base will strengthen our access to both US and international market opportunities and is a key point in our strategy to grow our international business.”
