SDCS catalytic cracking nozzles are used to make atomization of the feedstock in the riser in FCC/RFCC units. They have highly advanced and excellent performance. The main character of SDCS nozzles is as followed: 1.Increase the desirable products, at least 0.3%; 2.Decrease undesirable product and anti-coking; 3.Low spray velocity at the nozzle exit, lower than 65m/s, decrease the breakup of catalyst; 4.Low atomizing steam consumption; 5.Low energy consumption; 6.High adaptability, eg.they can be operated in high efficiency even if under the condition of the residue oil blending ratio 100%; 7.High operational flexibility in high efficiency under the condition of 60%~130% design flowrate; 8.High reliability, work-life: 3-5years.116 refineries in China are using our products, and we have a loyal business relationship with them. In the past three decades, the crude oil processed in China refineries is far inferior to that in other countries due to the special geological environment.
