Mobilis Advanced buoys design: Hybrid buoy is a floating navigation aids which is made with an upper Aluminum tower and Polyethylene subsea hull and a marine grade steel structure, it offer a precision position for the mariner. It is anchored to a concrete block on the seabed by a small number of large chain links. Full plastic buoy is a floating navigation aids which is made with Polyurethane day mark and polyethylene subsea hull and polyethylene structure. It been design to enable handling harsh condition site reduce maintenance costs.

MOBILIS RIVER AND SEA EQUIPMENT
The past two years have been very rich in new developments for MOBILIS as well as for our partners. But the real « revolution » has clearly been the launch of our Rotational molding production unit, now in charge of 50% of our manufacturing floats. Quality remains at the heart of our priorities, with our ISO 9001 certification having been renewed and extended to our production unit by the LRQA. Nevertheless, innovation has not been left behind, and we are proud to have signed a strong partnership with the CNRS. Our dynamic approach of R&D also leads us to develop and implement new products, processes and tools, such as : -Development and free distribution of our CALMAR software, designed to calculate and compare anchorage, thus becoming a precious tool to choose the more suitable materials ; -The use of new technologies such as AIS in various configurations and applications, aid to navigation, measuring buoys, are a pertinent means of exploitation. Every employee at MOBILIS is very aware of the impact of our choices on the environment, and for this reason we try to take this parameter into account at the conception of our products. All of our materials are 100% recyclable with the lowest environmental footprint.
