Premiere Scana Technology is a Revolutionary Advanced Wire Rope Survey NDT (WRS) service provider for the Offshore Oil & Gas and Marine Industry.
Our breakthrough Controlled Magnetism Sensor Technology (CMST) enables our light weight device to be highly portable for all on site in-situ inspection of Offshore Mooring Winches and Cranes.
We have since replace all visual inspection processes in ASIA where steel wire ropes are concern, as visual inspection handles only 20% of the externally visible wires and is not representative of a scientific quantitative inspection process.
Our inspection process conforms to Internationally Recognized Standards like ASTM 1571, ISO 4309, IMCA and we have since performed numerous inspection jobs for one of the world’s largest USA drilling companies.
With our CMST System we are able to inspect all types of wire ropes for Abrasion, Corrosion, Breakage and Fatigue defects with 95% reliability and accuracy for wire rope diameter range from 10mm to 110mm.
Since the introduction of our Device and Inspection process into the ASIA Market it has created a paradigm shift in the inspection industry and resulted in strong acceptance for our services.
Our Quantitative report can be generated and processed after 1 working day from the date of inspection which is much faster than previous conventional Strong Magnetic NDT devices.
As our device weighs only 3 kg it is very easy to set up for inspection and the impressed magnetic strength on the wire rope does not affect any electronic load sensors or limit switches.
Our service brings benefit to the end user as in cost savings, increase safety plus provides quantitative data for exact wire rope structural integrity. This new breakthrough technology has caught the attention of our MPA and they have since approved our phase one application for Funding to develop an underwater inspection device.
