Name: OCD Xtra Produced Water Monitor
Description: The “OCD Xtra” is a Dual Wavelength Oily Water Analyser designed specifically for produced water and reinjection water on platforms and FPSO's and can also be used in apllications where lots of solids are present ie. Drill Ship Deck Drains.
Details:
On the OCD Xtra, the multi-parameter display shows the sample's oil content, turbidity, pressure and a graphical average of the last 4 hours oil readings. The last 7 days readings are stored in ROM and can be accessed from the help menu. Full on screen help is available to guide the operator during set-up and maintenance routines.
Multiple oil types are automatically compensated for by the use of sophisticated algorithms
Each OCD Xtra is built to order according to specific stringent requirements. Atex and Sira approvals. EEx electrical protection. Hazardous area Zone 1 or Zone 2 purged protection.
Applications include FPSO Produced Water Discharge, Industrial Wastewater Discharge and Process Control

Description: A Viscosity and Density Monitor developed for Heavy Fuel Oil & Marine Distillate applications.
Details:
The technique is Electro Magnetic which is far more robust than other piezo electric methods. Through this new principle it is now possible to measure accurately viscosity and temperature without frequent calibration or maintenance. The SMART Sense Viscosity System is designed for full flow, inline installation in Heavy Fuel Oil and Marine Distillate applications allowing for improved accuracy at lower viscosity when switching between HFO and Marine Distillate. This will also measure the density of the oil and outputs this as standard.

Description: Oil Content Analyser to monitor low levels of oil in boiler condensate return water, boiler feedwater and reverse osmosis feedwater with optional inputs for pH, conductivity and dissolved oxygen.
Details:
The sensor signals are read by a microprocessor which uses sophisticated algorithms to determine the concentration of oil and solids in the stream. The oil concentration is displayed on an alpha numeric display.
An Autoclean system is included to ensure the accuracy of the optical measuring system is maintained over extended periods of operation.
The oil concentration and any other measurable parameters are output via 4-20mA and also via HART/Modbus.
Applications include Hydrocarbon Leak Detection, Lube Oil Cooler Monitoring, Industrial wastewater / Groundwater Discharge

Cost effective monitoring of Produced Water
