Our T2600 Well Pump Is Here! Bringing a longer-lasting offering to market...
Exciting news has come from the Total Equipment development group! Total Equipment And Service is officially offering customers a new well service pump assembly model. This revolutionary new pump will allow the direct replacement of any manufacturer's current 2250HP model with a newly designed T2600 pump without modification to your existing trailer. The new model T2600 shares the same footprint as our T2250. Comparative to its predecessor model, the T2600 will boast a lightweight design with a beefed up power frame design, all while allowing a significant amount of the same replacement components. Intentions are to keep the weight of this piece of equipment to under 12,000 pounds. Our new T2600 is utilizing our new improved stay rod design with intent to increase the uptime and equipment lifespan.
As with most pumps, our model numbers correspond to horsepower rating. With previous horsepower capacity at 2250, our newly-designed pump is armed with 2600 HP capacity and performs equivalent work without running at maximum horsepower.
Now let's talk fluid end options. T.E.A.S.'s new T2600 pump can be configured with a conventional one-piece fluid end assembly or with our new offering, the modular TITAN fluid end. Currently an average block will run approximately 200 hours. Our new design specifications are intended to increase the average life of this piece up to an impressive 1000 hours. The modular design allows for replacement of individual sections of the fluid end without having to replace the entire block.
The quick minds of Total Equipment have brought the manufacturing and service departments together to aid in the design process which keeps ease of service or repair in mind when necessary down the road. Practical input from service professionals brings a fresh perspective to manufacturing and assures a quality product that can be serviced more efficiently. The result of this is why we returned to a prior pinion and frame design allowing parts to be replaced vs. repairing the frame. An independent bearing housing for pinions also allows for convenient repair in the time of need.
At T.E.A.S., advanced design is always in the works. With a goal to manufacture stronger, better equipment for the oilfield industry, Total Equipment is always investigating potential improvements in fluid end material strength. We understand that you need your equipment to survive. Total Equipment And Service = A Total Solution for Oilfield
