Contract / Freelance position

French language is essential

Achieve a reporting of the actions and progress reports

Manage the Subcontractors contracts during site activities.

Check and Monitor the progress and the performance of the sub contractors in accordance of the contractual requirements.

Give the authorization of the sub-contractors payments (is part of the validation loop) for all site activities, as mentioned in the various contracts.

Initiate the procedure for the additional works and submit them for approbation.

Compile all the significant events of the sub-contractors such as Interruption of activities, Contractual failure with the support of the site people.

Manage the contract disputes with the various sub-contractors.

Involve in the various sub-contractors meetings regarding progress on site, contractual issues with remedies.
